In some cases, you will need to know if you have a Federal model or a California model and if it is equipped with a factory electronic ignition system or with points. You should also check to make sure your vehicle is still equipped with the correct factory distributor for the year of the vehicle before ordering.

The "009" mechanical advance distributor is the perfect choice in applications not requiring a vacuum advance distributor. Very popular for use in vehicles running aftermarket performance carburetors. Replacement parts fit both the EMPI and Bosch 009 distributors.
