Remanufactured King Pin Spindles

Worn King Pins are a major cause of excessive steering play and wandering. King Pin Spindles should be greased every 1200 miles and chances are your Bus' previous owner rarely performed this operation. The problem is that new king pins have been discontinued long ago and can be very hard to find. And when you do find them them, the price is in the stratosphere! To correct this problem, we offer completely rebuilt spindles for your Bus or Pickup at a price that is far more economical to your wallet. First, we measure each and every king pin to determine it's usability, adhering to strict tolerances. There are over a dozen different wear sizes to consider when grinding them and the reams used when installing the bushings. Then, with those king pins that are useable, we precision grind them to a micro-polished finish on a Landis OD Grinding Machine explicitly made for this purpose, rather than using a lathe which cannot produce such a finish or be as accurate. New silicone-bronze bushings are then machined and reamed for a tolerance fit of .0007". They are then re-assembled with new seals, stop screws, zerk fittings and other necessary hardware so that it is a complete bolt-on operation for the customer. When sold to the customer, we provide a very detailed set of instructions for a trouble-free installation. We feel that our rebuilt spindles are the best quality investment you can make when repairing your front end. Does not include Link Pin Kit which can be purchased separately new.  Rebuilt spindles are sold exchange.
